WARRANTY CONDITIONS: 
The standard warranty applies for 3 Years(Full Retail), or 1 Year (Trade or Factory Direct) from the date of purchase to manufacturing faults and defects to the frame. The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering providing the item has not been scratched or abraded. 1 year warranty applies to upholstery and is subject to proper care and maintenance by the user. 3 months warranty applies to all chrome and stainless steel hardware items. Proof of purchase (dated receipt) is required for all warranty claims. Return delivery is at the cost of the purchaser and must be insured. We reserve the right to make substitutions with similar merchandise should the model or colour in question be no longer available. The replacement will be or the individual item, or items, not for the complete setting. In the event that a substitute cannot be supplied MBA reserve the right to refund the commercial cost of the individual item. Warranty condition may vary from different retailers.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: Fading, or damage to the frame or any part through accident or misuse. Damage caused to upholstery as a result of machine washing or improper care; shipping or packaging charges to or from warranty claim; damage caused by negligence or actions that contravene care instructions suggested here. Exposure of hardware components to chlorine or salt water.
